03/17/11 - Happy St. Patrick's Day from Joey, Blaze, Madi, Johnny and of Course Me
Joey came up with this idea that we should take a picture of our dog Blaze dressed up for St. Patrick's day. I agreed knowing what that really meant, and it took us a few days to have good weather and find the time. Monday after school, the kids and I grabbed the green and Blaze and set out to take a picture. Boy was this a comedy of hats falling off. Finally, after much repositioning, I was able to get this shot. My favorite thing about this is that Johnny has the pot o' gold in his mouth and is pretending to be a dog too.
Madi took this very nice picture of me and Blaze and the boys as well:
The frame is made up of several layers:
Green oval toner scratch on OnOne PhotoFrame
Scatter brush shamrocks (twice)
A few single shamrocks to fill in holes in the scatter
Oval acid burn in grunge category on OnOne PhotoFrame
Line border in grunge category on OnOne PhotoFrame
The brushes came from:
If frames interest you, do check out his St. Patrick's Day shot of just Madi and the frame that I made for it from brushes and OnOne PhotoFrame too:
Thanks so much for all your positive feedback on Madi's portrait yesterday.
HAGD and wear the green!
